Finishing oil - BIO-SUPRA

BIO-SUPRA oil is a solvent-free product that does not release any volatile organic compounds (VOCs) . It enhances the grain and protects all your wooden surfaces from premature wear, water, and stains. BIO-SUPRA single-coat oil is the most environmentally friendly natural oil on the market. It has obtained certification from the Bureau of Chemical Safety, Health Canada, for food surfaces. It is safe for application on surfaces in contact with food, but also for all our products such as lighting, jewelry, or decorative accessories.

• Preparation - The surface must be clean and free of dust. Dust with a cloth. - Mix the oil before application. - Keep the oil at a temperature above 15°C. - Acclimate the product to room temperature before use.
• Application Apply a thin coat using a brush or a white cotton cloth. BIO-SUPRA oil is viscous, apply in circles so that it penetrates the pores of the wood and thus does not create excess thickness. The surface must be well saturated and no longer absorb oil. Wait a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes before rubbing in the direction of the wood grain with a white cotton cloth to penetrate the oil and remove excess product. Optional — To soften the surface and increase its shine, polish with a white nylon pad or a sheet of white paper between 2 and 36 hours after application.
• Number of coats For maintenance, only one coat is necessary. The frequency of application depends on use and exposure to humidity. Apply as needed to revive and protect the wood. For a first application, two coats will increase the shine and color as well as the resistance. Wait 24 hours before applying a second coat. Drying After 24 hours : moderate and careful use or application of the second coat if desired; After 5 to 7 days : normal use
