Suspension - The Footprint

All our products are protected with Evo Bio Supra oil (available on our website). To prolong their beauty and durability:

• Apply a thin layer of Evo Bio Supra oil (or any other hard natural oil, following the manufacturer's instructions).
• Wipe off excess after the recommended application time.
• Reapply when the wood appears duller.
• Clean with a damp cloth, then dry immediately .
• Do not immerse in water or put in the dishwasher.
• Avoid chemicals or abrasives that could damage the finish.

A little regular care is enough to keep your piece shiny and resistant over time.

You have 30 days from receipt to report any problems to us.

• A full refund is offered if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Return shipping fees may apply, except in the case of defective products.
